     I am writing this letter to inform you of my work with Zoe Moore. I sold my previous home in the summer of 2007. Zoe did a thorough job of preparing a market analysis, so that my house was priced appropriately. Since I had not moved out of it yet, as I  was getting both the inside and outside painted, Zoe took pictures and she suggested we advertise it on the internet to encourage people to keep it in mind. We had several interest parties before it was even shown.

    When we were ready, we put up the Carpenter sign on a Monday. The very next day as I was working in my new home, I got a call advising me that someone was wanting to see it. The prospective buyer went and viewed it that evening. The next morning, he put an offer in. Well to make a long story short, my house sold to this first person in a span of 24 hours. I couldn't believe my good fortune.

     As I look back on this experience of selling my first home, I realize things went so smoothly and effortlessly due to Zoe's hard work. She was efficient and very organized in keeping the process on track. Even  after the sale was pending, we still had potential buyers calling to inquire about seeing it.  Zoe Moore is very dedicated and will work hard on your behalf.      It has truly been a pleasure working with Zoe. She is a highly knowledgeable, capable and action oriented realtor. I would recommend her to anyone. She is one of the very few excellent realtors out there. Getting a house is a big purchase, don't trust it to someone else that may screw it up. If you leave it to Zoe you are in good hands.

     Let me qualify this statement by giving you a little background about me. I am not one to give compliments unless they are truly deserved.  If you were to tell me three months ago that I would be writing a letter of recommendation for a realtor I probably would not have believed you. I have interacted with several realtors and my opinion has been that most are less than competent. Even the few that knew what they were doing were horrific in their communication and were not willing to work around my schedule. I am a very busy person and I don't have the time to waste going about doing the work of someone else. I needed someone that is knowledgeable, able to find/filter what I am looking for, makes themselves available for my schedule and most importantly someone of action that is able to make things happen.

     I had about given up on realtors and then entered Zoe.  I am a detail fanatic and pretty demanding for what I am wanting. She was everything that I had hoped for and even more. With her help we were able to identify a house for me, provide comparable information and crack the whip with the lending institution to get a close within 10 days. All the while she provided great feedback, made herself available to my schedule, superb at communication and kept everything moving at a quick pace. I know of no other realtor that would have come close to meeting my expectations. Zoe managed to exceed them.

     Jami and I wanted to that your for the wonderful experience selling our Austin Oaks Home. You certainly outdid yourself on this one! Due to my real estate development business, I have worked with many realtors in the past several years. Your approach was, by far, the most direct method to getting our home sold. Instead of just asking what we want, you also did a very thorough analysis of the sales in the area. Your recommendation of a sale price that fit the activity in the neighborhood was key to makings a quick sale while the other homes are still sitting. The analysis was right on the mark! Impressed with your approach, we listed with you on June 17th and we had an offer by July 2nd and closed by August 6th.

     The great thing about this is that the closing price was 97% of our asking price and we thought we were at the top of the market. It just doesn't get better than that.
